Hi, we purchased GlassCraft fiberglass doors in 2003 from Santa Rosa stained glass & door co. They went out of business a couple of years ago. We really like our doors, but last year the little part that pulls the upper lock down broke. So if I want to unlock the stationary part I have to use pliers to pull the top part down. I don't even know if there is warranty on this or who in Santa Rosa could fix this. I just noticed on my purchase agreement that they were GlassCraft(Dover L11551) Can you give me any help on this? Thanks for your time, Donna James
