2008 TDL- True Divided Lite Catalog

The TDL Series of mahogany entry doors and entryways offer a true-divided-lite or “TDL” construction. This means that the wood pieces that separate the glass panes in the door are real, and not simulated by using plastic or other materials. These TDL doors are available in 80 inch and 96 inch heights and in 32 inch and 36 inch widths. Sidelights are available in 12” and 14” widths, and several matching TDL transoms are available. TDL doors feature laminated, engineered stiles and rails. Glass options include single thickness or double-thick insulated glass IG panels, and beveled glass highlights.

Classic “French” doors with a smooth and rich wood grain; a classic look; a natural choice—the “TDL” Series of genuine “true divided lite” mahogany doors offers the aesthetic elegance and tactile feel to complement a wide range of architectural styles from French Colonial to Spanish, Victorian, Craftsman, Southern-style or Mediterranean—a hand-crafted, traditional look and feel that only real hardwoods can offer. All TDL doors in this catalog are “real” TDL doors, and do not use “simulated divided lites”.

This TDL Series provides an impressive range of options and finishes. Choose from six finish colors in our Traditional and our Distressed finish options. All GlassCraft TDL doors and sidelites incorporate tempered safety glass for safety and security. Most doors also feature double insulated glass for added security and efficiency.

These doors may be ordered individually, or assembled in matching mahogany jambs for both interior and exterior applications.
